Can anyone please tell me more about the creator of this site?

This site is one of the reasons I am kinda loosing faith in Catholicism.

Anything would be great.

Well, first off, a person that condemns every single Catholic to Hell (essentially playing the part of God in the process) is most likely not the best person to listen to on the topic. Another nail in the coffin is how he essentially refers to the pope as the Anti-Christ. I would encourage you to look at other websites for criticism of the Roman Catholic Church.(On a side note, a website talking about the new world order and 9/11 conspiracy theories may not be the best place to get information).😉
 
don’t worry about that site. complete heresy. according to him, all a person needs is to believe that jesus died. no faith, no good deeds, no baptism, no nothing. he also thinks most protestants are going to hell as well
 
Why are people attracted to lunatic websites like this?

It does take a bit of work, you must admit, to make J*** C**** seem positively ecumenical. Or to make Alexander Hislop seem like a Rhodes Scholar.

I am not sure why this sight would cause you to d anything but be astonished AT&T he absolute ignorance of some people.

The website is beyond sensationalistic, it is a conspiracy theorist magnet, that preys on people’s curiosity and insecurities.

Why are you going to websites that are highly questionable at best, and heretical at worst? A quick search of the web about the site showed numerous posts about the errors and problems with it. 🤷

Don’t go there. They hate the Catholic Church.

Do you have a spiritual director or priest with whom you can discuss your faith issues?

This is a Catholic Website why are you encouraging any Catholic to look up other website for criticism of the Roman Catholic Church.

It would be like me going up on the Protestant Website and encouraging some doubters to look up anti Protestants websites and criticism of all the 40000 Protestant Churches’s out there, as a Catholic and you also as a Christian should not be advocating scandal, woe to the scandal monger.

Catholicism is Christianity at its fullest expression.

If you take drugs you get hooked, if you read witchcraft all the time you get hooked, if you look at pornography all the time you get hooked, if you read things against the Church you get hooked and you start having doubts, you should be reading Catholic literature of which there are tons of books from EWTN good Catholic Book stores, Catholic Websites, but you have chosen to put your Catholic mind onto the dark side, instead of uplifting your mind, you have put it in the bin, go to Confession first and ask forgiveness of the Lord, and then discuss your doubts created by yourself to the priest and then instead of the writings of Hitler and Satan, read Thomas a Kemphis, the Church Fathers, better still Catholicism for Dummies.

Read more Catholic literature, do more Catholic activity in the Parish, and Pray more.
 
That website is critical of many thing. I didn’t know it was still active because most of the articles are outdated.
 
Quick! Call your parish and fnd out when they offer adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Then, go and spend some time in the presence of Christ. Sit and gaze upon Him. Pray. Read scripture. Ask Him to reveal to you that He is there. And, when He does, you will be changed. You will have no desire ever to go anywhere else.
 
Thanks, yeah I didn’t think it was the best site, but I discovered it over the summer about Mary and it just like…annoyed me!

I will fnd the next adoration time…my parish is only 200 feet away from my house (I counted steps…) …I used to be able to see the auxiliary bishop in his room, but now he moved so its empty!:eek:

I think you should start by explaining what they say that is bothering you and why you find them convincing.

Note that they aren’t just against Catholicism. They condemn most other forms of Protestantism pretty harshly as well.

You said it was causing you to lose faith in Catholicism. Why, if it isn’t a very good website?

Don’t you think that maybe you need to develop a more critical approach to what you read online?

Indeed, you would be doing Protestants and Catholics alike a favor if you told them to avoid, say, Michael Voris and focus on Fr. Robert Barron (or even Karl Keating, if you must:p)

Critical thinking will not destroy true faith. The idea that it will is one of the most destructive lies of the Devil.

I have been doing a lot of bible studying and when I go to Google for some answers and sometimes by bad fortune this site that you mention is there. I have clicked on it and man, I can’t see it for more than 10 seconds. This site is filled with lies, blasphemy, and heresy. You better get out of there and not let it put doubt in your faith.
