I have heard orthodox religious Jews are very against Jews joining the Messianic movement. They feel they are being brainwashed into believing in Jesus and taken away from their true faith.
 
Messianic Jews definitely not believe that “Catholics are continuation of Biblical Israel”
Israel as a state has a meaning for them in the Bible but I think they probably do not appreciate Evangelical missionaries in Israel to speed up the professies, just because it brings conflicts with Judaists.

I think there are emotions because beside the cameras there are some securities in the neighbourhoods.
About half of community are not Jews.
There are Dutch, Asians, Black’s who just love Israel and Jews. And feel special blessing to abide in Messianic Chosen People community.
Some even coming every Saturday from the North of the country.
I think on the North of the country the Judaists are very closed community.
Tourists might be welcome in synagogues in some days because they can buy some souvenir staff there, but small communities are only for Jews.
Outsiders who want to have a look at some celebration tradition might be examined by undercover police at the entrance.

There is a Messianic Jewish organisation called Jews for Jesus. I remember, I think it was their leader or at least a member of their church, was on a program debating with a rabbi, among others, who had the theory that as believers in Christ, Jews can no longer be considered Jewish. At a later point, he was asked if atheist Jews can still be considered Jews even though they don’t follow Judaism, and he said yes. So to this rabbi (I can’t remember his name. I might try find the clip later. It’s somewhere online) the common denominator that makes Jews Jewish, is disbelief in Christ.
 
To be honest, most of the people I know who self-identify as Jewish don’t even believe in God the Father, and their practice of their faith is about on the level of Catholic Chreasters. They’re culturally Jewish.

I mostly just pray that they come to know God in some way and develop a relationship with him. That would be a big enough step for quite a few, without even reaching the Jesus question.

I take issue with Rabanus’s notion that the Antichrist woule “raise the dead”. I understand this power to be the sole power of Divinity (i. e. not even demons can do this).
 
Messianic Jews might let you in, and allow you to worship among them, and be the member, but the other once (Synagogue) consider you not worthy.
You as a person or nation can cease to exist (your women will stop to give birth, and your nation or ethnic group tree will end)
Or you can be the instrument in God’s hands, and the slave of Jews and God’s plans (and its a honour for you to be used by God in God’s chosen peoples prophesies)

The Israel Kingdom from Nile to Ephratus is also in Messianic Jews prophesies, so this communities Eschatology in its nature is Zionistic.
 
You may very well be correct. However, being culturally Jewish is itself a step in the right direction, if by being this, one practices Jewish ethical values in one’s everyday life. I believe there are even variations within the so-called culturally Jewish population.
 
I would not go to Synagogue but in Messianic Church they treat you as a guest.
I understand that it is wise for Synagogue to keep eye on guests-outsiders in order to protect the community, but from what I heard - no body will go again to the place where he was stopped by undercover police.
 
They come out of the SBC by Martin Rosen, so of course they’re zionist Christians.
