OK, I am not asking so much on how to wiggle through this scenario to find a job. I am asking how to bring this to God and react with mature emotions.
I saw a job posting on a head hunter’s website. I contacted them because I REALLY though my skills were relevant. The posting said ‘we are looking for ABC’. It turns out, the employer has my resume on file so the head hunter can not help me. I contacted the employer since I could not find the job on their website. They said ‘I think you are referring to the job requiring skills DEF, we can forward your resume to the hiring manager’. I said ‘great’
Well, this morning I get an email from a different person who works for the head hunter saying ‘Well… we can not help you because they are looking for skills XYZ’
So I am thinking ‘huh? why would you call me when you know your colleague has already talked to me and why the different story?’ So I called her asking ‘What position exactly are you referring to?’ and she says ‘If they have your resume on file, we can not help you so it is irrelevant’
The problem I am having is I really HATE to be made to feel like someone is giving me the business. They obviously are disorganized. But being unemployed, I am at their mercy and don’t feel I can set boundaries. It triggers all the resentment and confusion (which is a scary head space to be) of all the abusive people in my life that have harmed me.
So how do I take my emotions to God. I trust He will eventually provide a job in his time, I just don’t like the frustration I am feeling and don’t know how to handle it

I do pray that you will find an appropriate job.
