I have nothing against conservatives with regards to Birtherism. BTW, this is not a liberal vs conservative issue. The vast majority of Conservatives don’t buy into the Birther issue and reject it, too. See what traction it has received from the current GOP candidates - none!
It seems to me that it is World Net Daily and Joseph Farah who are hellbent on finding evidence that the President is a Kenyan or Indonesian Moslem sent specifically (by whom?) to bring down our “Christian nation.”
I don’t have a dog in this fight. If hard evidence leading to impeachment is uncovered, we’ll all know about it in the newspapers and other media. We needn’t rely on a country sheriff and a questionable Internet “news” source for the “evidence” about what could be the most important news story of the century so far.

the GOP candidates are leaving other parties to deal with this issue while they are busy on the campaign trail and dealing with jobs and the economy. if our country were not in such critical condition right now, with the real estate market collapse, high unemployment, etc. more people would be concerned. a lot of people have already lost their jobs, their homes, their businesses and have other priorities. americans have a right to know about the man holding the highest office in our land.

i still have hope that our country is still great and we will overcome all of the calamities that have happened in the last 4 or 5 years. my fear is that many will not have learned from this and not much will change. we really need to get someone in office to shake things up and get us back on the right track again.

It is simply that I, as do so many others, do not believe that this topic rises to the level of worthiness of discussion. I think it good that the Forum does not welcome discussion of the topic. We’d have posters from the fringes of sanity chiming in about this.

I think that the time to challenge Obama's legality has passed. But Arpaio is right. I am SURE that millions of birth certificates are "signed" by officials with a snarky smiley face. Obama and his b/c are frauds, and everyone who has studied the facts knows it, but few Republicans have the courage to speak up and challenge him. :cool: Rob

My preferred water is Mountain Valley Water, from Hot Springs here in Arkansas. There are numerous faucets set outside in Hot Springs where you can fill gallon jugs with the hot spring water. Excellent drinking water.
No commies in central Arkansas, but Mountain Williams abound.
