The bigger issue is the production and willful fabrication of an important document. Is this what we want as our President?

a wee bit - there are a few separate issues here:

1. Whether he is a US Citizen
2. Whether his mother was for the years prior

then we have

1. fabrication of documents.

Let us assume his mother was a citizen, then why the fabricated documents? All that was needed was proof of his mother’s citizenship and the case is closed.

There was questions about the birth certificate early on. No one could see it. Then under pressure it comes out. Upon inspection it appears to be layered. The technology did not exist then. Questions remain.

1. It isn’t true else the media would be all over the story.
2. It isn’t a constitutional violation and fraud for the reason in #1.

Than why all the fuss. What harm does it do to investigate if it looks funny. I am not a fan of conspiracy theories, but why has the WH been so hesitant to release documents when asked. They make themselves look guilty. Wouldn’t it be better to get the thing resolved once and for all?

Critics don’t look the other way - that presupposes that there’s actually some substance to the accusation that the President is an Indonesian or Kenyan Moslem sent to destroy America. We just don’t buy into fairy tales, sorry.

maybe i do have a special gift from God. to look for good over evil. i only have to look at the history of the liberals over the past 30 years and the history of the liberal media to understand why they wouldn’t want to concern themselves with questions and doubts of ths president. it is typical of the left to paint opponents with derogatory names if we dare not believe as they do.

It’s not a liberals versus conservatives issue. The conservatives aren’t saying that Obama isn’t qualified to be the President as liberals say that he is. It’s a small number of people, based primarily at World Net Daily, who believe those crazy stories.

I for one won’t play their Insane Asylum game.

1. You don’t represent the whole of the conspiracists. More of them accuse him of being a foreigner than find fault with his records.
2. You are right about that last. I’m a horse’s a** for bothering with that fairy tale, so will say no more about it until that time that hard, concrete evidence is produced of Obama’s ineligibility.

What greater good is there than charity? We have clear teaching on Charity in Truth, in our Catechism, where we are to avoid rash judgement and give others the most favorable interpretation of what we see and hear. Charity is not one thing for Democrats and another for Republicans.

Obama’s grandmother said he was born in Kenya and she was there.

The Kenyan ambassador says he was born in Kenya.
