Joe Biden told reporters on Wednesday he has taken a cognitive test, used to detect mental issues, but his campaign will not specify what exactly that means or if it will release the results of whatever test he took – if he actually took a test.

“I’ve been tested and I’m constantly tested,” Biden said when asked at his first press conference in three months if he is experiencing cognitive decline issues. . . .

. . . Biden did not specify during the press conference exactly what he meant by his claims he has been and is “constantly tested.” His campaign has not replied to a number of follow-up requests from Breitbart News as to whether he means he took the same test that President Donald Trump aced, or if he took a different test, or if he was just speaking colloquially, claiming that his daily rigor is what tests his cognitive capabilities. Also, Biden was possibly confused by the question . . .

Former White House Physician: Joe Biden ‘Wouldn’t Do Well’ on Cognitive Test, Campaign Won’t Let Him Take One​

Former White House Physician Dr. Ronny Jackson told The Kyle Olson Show that former Vice President Joe Biden needs to take a cognitive assessment and release the results, but that his campaign won’t let that happen.

“I’m not comfortable with him being my president,” Jackson said.

“I think he’s got some cognitive issues,” he continued, before adding that he’s not diagnosing the former vice president and has not examined him.

“But as a concerned American who also happens to be a physician, I’m just going to say it’s concerning to me that he sometimes is not able to complete a sentence, not really know where he’s at or what he’s doing and we’ve seen that countless times now,” Jackson said.

. . . “I knew he (President Trump) was cognitively intact,” he said, so he didn’t worry about what the results might be.

“It’s never been done for a president before,” Jackson said, “obviously no president has ever had any cognitive testing done.”

Jackson said he delivered the results to the White House Press Corps. during a lengthy briefing, and he said the room was packed with medical experts and correspondents.

“They were obviously there that day as assassins to bring me down and undermine the President’s physical,” he recalled.

The press were unsuccessful in doing that, he said, and now they can’t bring up Trump’s mental fitness to be President with Biden as the presumptive Democrat nominee.

Jackson now thinks Biden’s “crazy comments” warrant him taking the same test.

The doctor cited Biden’s regular brain freezes, confusion over his physical location and office he’s seeking as reasons to do so. . .

He added that Biden’s campaign is “not going to let” him take it (a cognitive test with public results).

“They will do everything in their power to prevent that from happening. They will not let him be examined because it’s not going to be good for him,” Jackson said. . .

It IS an issue with Biden.
They are attempting to hide Biden.
I would be surprised if they allow Joe to debate Trump. They will come up with some sort of pretext. Probably based upon the phony Trump race issue but who knows for sure.

It would be nice if Joe Biden did report his cognitive health test results. From what I can recall, most Presidential politicians do release health information. I can understand why though Biden’s campaign would not want to release such data.
 
If in the next 118 days supporters of Biden or Trump can only present reasons for voting against the opponent instead of raising issues why to vote for their candidate, these articles are a waste of time…and, yes, 118 days is an eternity in a political campaign, but none of these news articles are changing anyone’s mind…especially on political social media websites.

I’m amazed that in a country of 328 million people, the only two viable candidates are two rich old men. Seriously, Trump is 74 and Biden is 77. Both of them are going to start slowing down dramatically in the next 4 years.

We need some young blood and optimism in politics. Not more of the same.
 
This may be the last election of old men. 74 or 78 what’s the difference…one stumbles on speech, one stumbles walking down a ramp; one is accused of not having the stamina to fulfill the office, one is accused of not having the strength of raising a glass of water to his lips without using two hands…if Biden is elected, we’ll get through it just fine; after all even as much ground as we have lost in the last four years, we’re not finished.

You’re right we’re not finished. Things won’t miraculously turn around under Biden either. We’ve been going downhill for decades and it’s not about to stop.

I’ve been watching some recent videos of Joe Biden. He is clearly as sharp as a tack. Absolutely nothing wrong with his cognition. This is just nonsense being promoted by the far-right media. Honestly, I don’t even know why people are sharing sources like Breitbart on this site. It’s not what I was expecting on a Catholic forum!

Debating Trump is not an issue. He is ignorant and superficial. He cannot talk policy detail. He simply throws out one liners and then tries to digress and make personal attacks.

Losing your cognitive abilities like Joe has is no comparison to Trump one time
walking unsteadily up or down a ramp or holding a drinking glass. The media is
really grasping at straws there.

The democrat party will actually be pushing whoever they decide on to be his VP.
Does the White House have a basement where he can hide? We all know the
likelihood of Joe completing one term as president is doubtful. Everything will
be riding on his VP choice.

Do we really need a countdown clock at the end of all your posts?. We just celebrated the 4th of July. We all know there is an election in November.

Especially since one side would like to continue our downhill slide and escalate it.
The democrats won’t be happy until the United States of America is unrecognizable.
