Strawman. And as I said and will say only once more…I’M DONE discussing abortion. No way someone’s views can be discussed on a limited Internet forum.
It’s not a straw man.

Fine. Don’t discuss abortion anymore. Just open your mind to the truth that abortion is a grave evil.

They might lie, but it will affect their support.
Not sure what is opinion.

Now the media is complaining about how “wrong” it is, and some here are siding with the secular world over the Church.
Yes, the theme is its more outrageous Biden was denied Communion than Unborn are denied Life.

I would like to note that you can think what you want, but that does not make it correct. Tribal behavior is inherent in humans. I have no interest in discussing matters for which there is no open-mindedness. If someone has stated that the issue is black and white with no grey area, what is the point of furthering the discussion with them?

It is unpopular but the bible appears to be pro-slavery.
Actually, both Old and New Testaments treated slaves as human beings with standing to cry out to God. Being in denial about having the right to someone’s labor and thinking that one owns the person as a piece of chattel that could be treated in any way without divine consequence does not mean the Bible taught that.

The Lord answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? 43 It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. 44 Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the other servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers.

47 “The servant who knows the master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what the master wants will be beaten with many blows. 48 But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.
Jesus mentions the act of slavery as just normal activity without condoning it.

Do you believe having a pro-choice government is 100% wrong and will always be 100% wrong?

There’s already an extensive conversation going on in another thread if you are interested:

I do support the Priest in denying Communion to Joe Biden. Although I am Reformed, I appreciate many in the Catholic Church standing for what is right. Unfortunately many non-catholic church groups are denying the truth of Scripture.

So what would the point of having a discussion about that item then, if someone is closed-minded to a specific discussion, the discussion is useless.

I’m pro-choice
(1) pro abstinence
(2) pro birth control
(3) pro motherhood
(4) pro adoption

I’m just not (5) pro murder

Mmmmmmmmm, not really. Kind of hard to assent to moral relativism whilst proclaiming absolute moral truths.
While conveniently failing to proclaim other obvious ones…
So what is your issue, then? You cannot believe that abortion is the evil that it is because the Church does not harp on less prevalent issues in the world as much as it does the common ones? This seems like a terrible reason to permit evil.

Maybe the lines should be short. I heard in some cultures (Hispanic?) there are often far more people remaining in the pews during Communion than receiving.
