Joe Biden is practicing his Catholic Faith in a gravely deficient way

While some of his social stances may be wrong, I think it’s more accurate to say he’s misguided than to accuse him of malice or to denounce him.
It would appear that you have not heard recently of the changes he has explicitly said he will be making; among them forcing the Little Sisters of the Poor to provide abortion coverage in their insurance, and revoking the Hyde Amendment.

Calling him “misguided” on “social stances” is about like saying that the devil is a slight nuisance.

Can you please cite to an article claiming this?

In any case, Biden’s support of legalized abortion seems to be a case of “they know not what they do”. Most pro-abortion people don’t realize that it kills a human life.

Synapses are not firing in order.
Even a geriatrician would use testing to make a diagnosis. I remember the same thing being said about St. John Paul. Then he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. A cognitive test is needed to separate mental function from speech.

Has anyone credentialed made this sort of diagnosis?

I remember posting on some thread that the bishops would speak up on abortion issues as they come up. I did not anticipate them getting ahead of this, but I found this.

“We are facing a unique moment in our history,” he said. “The president-elect has given us reason to think he will support some good policies" but also some that "undermine our preeminent priority of the elimination of abortion.”

See post #84.

No, I won’t. It is clearly labeled as opinion (which does away with the “from the horse’s mouth” claim), and it is from a source which is very biased and short on actual facts. I like my information unbiased and factual; this fails on both counts.

Holy cow. You and I have no ability to say when someone is praying the rosary and participating in Mass “for appearances.” I understand your frustration with his support of abortion. But I think you’ve really crossed a line here.
I think Biden’s support of killing babies in the womb makes my case pretty well.

If he supports killing babies in the womb, all the other sincerity in the world doesn’t matter. Can’t serve two masters.

Then all you have to do is look up the Democratic platform.

What the actual platform says is not necessarily the same as what this source claims it says. So yes, when I looked at the actual platform it didn’t match the “sky is falling” rhetoric. Yes, there are things there with which I disagree, but that doesn’t mean that every claim of impending doom is valid.
