I don’t think he did say that. He said that Antifa is an “idea.”

This Internet redirection story is quite interesting. USA Today did a very detailed story about in on Sep. 2nd.

Apparently the URL, ANTIFA (dot) COM has be sold several times, the last time for $37,000. The Registrar is the Phoenix-based “NameCheap” which also offers their clients privacy protection, making it impossible to find out the real owner behind the URL. Over the course of this year it has redirected to KamalaHarris.org , JoeBiden.com, and “It’s Going Down”. The motives of the owner of this URL is pure speculation. Based on the confusing past, it is unlikely to be owned by any national organization. It could be just someone with an extra $37,000 to burn and a sense of whimsy, perhaps expecting to turn a profit and re-sell the URL if Antifa ever makes it big. But read the USA Today article for the complete story.

I think Biden and the FBI director are in sync:

"WASHINGTON (AP) — FBI Director Chris Wray says he regards antifa as more of an ideology than an organization.

That differs from President Donald Trump, who has suggested that antifa be formally designated as a terror group.

Wray did not dispute in testimony Thursday to the House Homeland Security Committee that antifa activists were a serious concern. But he said it’s not a group or an organization."

Here is another one:

There are currently multiple URLs that link to Donald Trump’s campaign site. IamARussianSpy.com is one example. Just try it! It works just like Antifa.com!

And this one from Reuters:

I would not be a bit surprised if antifa.com is currently owned by a Trump supporter, or even someone connected with the campaign (although with plausible deniability!)

You’re right. Here’s a picture of the idea. Antifa is on the right (I know it is hard to tell the difference).
(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)
This is a picture of the idea FASCISM.

The people gathered for a photo on the right are not a regimented group like those “in the past.” Maybe they are all wearing blackshirts. They are also all wearing masks, including a Spiderman mask, a Smurf mask, I think a beekeeper’s hood, and more I cannot recognize. They are not in straight rows saluting in unison, but in chaotic rows, some saluting, some not, etc.

The Fascists are a group expressing an practiced idea. The Antifa are an ad hoc collection of individuals who probably inflicted the most damage during the taking of the picture by poking and jabbing each other with their fake swords in close quarters.

I think that fits both groups. Well said. The idea put into implementation.

Just coincidentally, you think? Or planned and agreed upon? I think the latter.
They are not in straight rows saluting in unison, but in chaotic rows, some saluting, some not, etc.
They are together, dressed the same, sporting similar flags. Are you under the impression this is by coincidence? By happy happenstance, and without prior planning, they all were in the same place. And since they’re not in rows, so mere coincidence?

Yes, both groups of fascists.

Oh, so they’re just a bunch of frat brothers. I see.

Yes, they are more like frat brothers, or the Society for Creative Anachronism that sponsors Renaissance fairs, than they are like a Fascist military unit.

Well said!

Funny. Had a fraternity been involved in burning buildings, rioting in streets, and actively using violence to shut down the free speech of others at the college I went to, they would have been shut down, expelled and probably arrested and charged.
I guess the activities of frats has changed over the last 45 plus years.

J. Edgar Hoover used to say the Mafia didn’t exist. Didn’t make it true.
