No you said *It cannot give up its sacred mission merely because some in this generation says it is not Politically Correct. * and I never said that you did. I am merely saying that whether this lawsuit proceeds will not affect its Sacred Mission. Everyone must be held accountable.

BTW your childish remark about me getting some brains says a lot about your character
You mislead me in your post. I got the impression that you said otherwise cause that’s what you implied. Please be clear when you write.

Both sides have appealed the trial judge’s pre-trial ruling (the one stating that some claims against the Holy See are dismissed, while others are not dismissed) to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (case no. 07-5163). It will probably be eight months to a year before that court rules on the issue.

Do you have a link for that?

If you go here
ecf.kywd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl
you will be able to log in to the docket of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky (the trial court). The case number is 3:04-cv-00338; the case name is James H. O’Bryan et al. v. Holy See.

If you go here
pacer.ca6.uscourts.gov/
you will be able to log in to the docket of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (the appellate court that will hear the appeal). The case number is 07-5163.

But you’ll have to establish a PACER account (Public Access to Court Electronic Records). There’s a link somewhere in the middle of the page. Once you log in it will cost you eight cents a page to review the court documents (judges’ opinions are free, but all the other documents – like the lawyers’ motions and pleadings – will cost you). (You can sign up to use a credit card).
