I was on youtube and I saw this disturbing video with this so-called minister.
Since I don’t know how to cut and paste the video, if you go to youtube and type in:
Gino Jennings preaching #609 part 8
(warning, it will break your heart)…

Is this what they are doing in other churches? Is this what Jesus wants?
They lied about who the statue was. Why? Because God wasn’t guiding their work. It isn’t the Blessed Mother, but Saint Therese.
If He was guiding their work, he wouldn’t of lied. So the father of the work is satan (despite all the references to God).
But because his work was a lie, it was evident in his actions and even in his ignorance as to what statue he was hammering.
The biggest lie perpertrated there was the actual “statue” was being prayed to. But hey, what else do you expect from a church that literally created their own bible. No joke, they created their own bible.
It’s based on the KJV and it’s called the Holy Scriptures.
Please say a Hail Mary during this video…😦

What little I watched…made me sick to my stomach. I pity the man his “reward”… I’m happy I’m not wearing his shoes.

There was commentary on the page that says this fellow added the “Book of Jasher” to the Bible… answers.org/bible/jasher-book-of.html

And people “wonder” how and why Catholics actually have the “nerve” to get angry and defend our faith?

One word regarding this poor fellow…Charlatan.

I will again reiterate a thought I have expressed before: Any religion (?) that has within its belief system outright attacks on another religion that serve to justify its own existence… is a false religion and those who embrace it are NOT Christians.

That opinion is mine and only mine. Not CAF’s or anyone else’s.
 
Thank you Robhorn…you are so right in what you said. I only wanted to point out this sick video to show others (as if they don’t already know), how people make fun of the Catholic people as well as their faith.
Like I said, if they spent more time preaching the Word of God instead of devoting it to Catholic bashing, it would be fine.
This only strengthens my faith even more so.

When this ‘minister’ dies, he will have to face the Blessed Mother who will then say “Remember me”?

i just wanted to say that the guy from the video is right, God said not to make images or status and idk but it shouldn’t bother us that he destroys the statue because after all is just a statute and nothing else.
 
Sigifredo, what you have just said is blasphemy. God never said to destroy his mother or any other statue. WE DO NOT WORSHIP STATUES. What is it you people do not get? How can you agree with this hateful person?

I need to leave here before I say anything else that isn’t charitable.
Shame on you for agreeing to destroy the Mother of God.

i’m not saying that WE catholics worship status i’m just saying that we should kneel before them or pray to mary or jesus but he said to pray to the father ONLY…

i’m just confuse because the Elders(mormons) have showed me verses from the bible that God says not to have status or images

Then what the heck is the Christos doing in SLC in Temple Square?? How about all the paintings of Christ in LDS chapels? That’s ridiculous…

well yeah i do consider my self a Mormon but i also consider my self a Catholic but i do Mormon things like i don’t pray to Jesus or Mary or say the rosary i only pray to god the father and i don’t drink coffee, ice tea or green tea but i go to a Catholic church I’m 100% catholic and 100% Mormon if that’s even possible

Yes, it seems that your are very confused. Identity wise, as well as to what the Scriptures are regarding this. If Mormons are so against “images & statues”…why do so many of their “temples” have statues of angels and such adorning them?

They misunderstand the scriptures…and if you were a Catholic, and I did notice that while you capitalized WE, you used a small case “c” when you wrote Catholic. SO, the question is: WHICH are you…

Perhaps you can post those particular scriptures…and we can explain them to you…

No it’s not possible to be both because both claim competing authorities. Do you think Mormons or Catholics have the true priesthood? It can’t be both.

THe elders should go to temple square and see what happens when they tear down the Christos statue or burn the many portraits of Christ there are hanging in chapels and temples. Or how about the image of God the Father and Christ in the temple endowment ceremony? As if they have any ground to complain…

but WHY do have to choose betweeen the Mormon church and the Catholic church can i just be both? i mean god never said that we have to belong to a certain church or religion i like to believe that when i died god is going to judge me by my actions and not my which religion i was

so why does the Catholic church accepts that the orthodox church has some authority and some eastern churches are in full communion with the pope and yet they have different names

Did you know that the Catholic church rejects Mormon baptisms as valid? AND the Mormon church rejects all other baptisms as invalid? That means that the two reject each other’s authority completely. The Catholic church recognizes that some authority is spread, through the RCC, to the rest of the Christian world as long as they do certain things correctly, and since Mormonism is polythetistic and rejects the trinity, it isn’t considered a Christian church.

It sounds like this is something you should think about, a lot.
 
All I felt was pity for all those people in that “church”.
Oh Blessed Virgin Mary, pray for them.

i know that the Mormon church rejects all other baptisms as invalid because when i went to get baptized in the Mormon church i told them i was already baptize in the Catholic church and they told me it it was invalid because they do it wrong and they don’t have the authority from god to baptize people
