Platypus venomis really nasty stuff. Not even morphine can ease the pain. Just goes to show, cute and cuddly can be very deceptive.Yeah! Look up platypus venom! It is on a spur (like roosters have).

Good ol’ Jack Chick, with his very own special brand of crazy…Pfft, everyone knows that Jack Chick gave the most profound and scientifically plausible excuse for how the dinosaurs died out after the ark.![]()
Well I think it would be fun to talk about as well. Noah didn’t have to worry about gathering the animals, God that part. But Noah got to spend an enormous amount of time (feeding, cleaning up after, keeping them separated). How about this one concerning Noah’s Ark that I’ve never seen addressed. We know now that there are literally millions of different species of animals, plants, archaebacteria, fungi, protists (sorry if this list is incomplete or inaccurate from the kingdoms of life on earth - it’s been a long time since I took biology. How did Noah gather all those species together which, by the way, live in every possible corner of the earth? How about that species of sea-slug that lives only in the depths of the western pacific? Even if two of every species could be gathered together (which is preposterous) how would they all fit on the ark? I do believe in a literal Noah’s Ark, by the way.

Wow… just wow. The thing that scares me is there are people in this country who actually think that. Even in jest, I find it shocking.Dude, they stopped doing that in the Middle Ages! This is the 21st century. We’re much more advanced…
…let’s drag him behind a truck.
The greenies will have you for breakfast. You know, burning fossil fuels and all that. What’s wrong with the rack, or the wheel?Dude, they stopped doing that in the Middle Ages! This is the 21st century. We’re much more advanced…

Ooo… Ooo… or “The Machine” from the Princess Bride. It uses hydropower! That should make the treehuggers happy! The greenies will have you for breakfast. You know, burning fossil fuels and all that. What’s wrong with the rack, or the wheel?![]()
That means I’ll get the cute princess at the end, right?Ooo… Ooo… or “The Machine” from the Princess Bride. It uses hydropower! That should make the treehuggers happy!
Well while I leave the specifics of creation up to very learned scientists and theologists to work out, I’ll say that I do in fact subscribe to the idea of a literal flood and to Noah’s participation in saving a small part of creation. How about this one concerning Noah’s Ark that I’ve never seen addressed. Everytime I see unicorns mentioned in the Bible, I smile. I don’t know why. (I think it is because mankind was finally able to conquer that cruel beast).Unicorns are a cruel people![]()
Wasn’t it only used in the KJV translation? I know it’s not in the NKJV, NASB, NIV, and numerous others. Maybe all the KJV-Only advocates are die-hard fans of the movie The Last Unicorn. BTW, did you know the German title for The Last Unicorn is Das Lietze Einhorn? That’s awesome. If I were a u-boat captain, I’d name my ship that.Everytime I see unicorns mentioned in the Bible, I smile. I don’t know why. (I think it is because mankind was finally able to conquer that cruel beast).
I am truly disgusted. Honestly, the level of bias that has been shown to Unicorns down through the ages by an unenlightened humanity is just appalling. Don’t you realise Unicorns have no enemies except man. They are loved and protected by all other animals for their ability to purify polluted and poisoned water. They represent all that is pure. Truly, it is time humanity opened its eyes to the truth. Shame on you who are blinkered and biased. The Physiologus tells us Unicorns will come when called by a virgin. I suppose in this day and age, we are, alas, unlikely to see this wondrous creature first mentioned amongst God’s creatures in the Bible. Shame…Unicorns are a cruel people![]()
