Dear God, from my heart I thank you for the success of Rossco’s surgery. I now beg you to hold him in the palm of your hand and restore him to good health.
I ask this through through your son Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever and also through
the intercession of Mary our loving mother.
 
Loving God,

We lift up our prayers for the intentions and healing of Rossco today and ask for your mercy, courage, and strength for Rossco and the friends and family members. We ask for strong faith in your divine providence for Rossco as this great trial and challenge in life unfolds. Please keep hope alive and help all involved to see Your works in this world during this time, in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Lord, we also pray for the success of the surgery that Rossco has undergone. Please guide the doctors and medical staff as they work your healing upon your son Rossco.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, the Good Shepherd of your people.

When the mass was first discovered, the doctor, who has looked at hundreds if not thousands of similar masses, believed the anomaly was cancer. He was 90 percent + confidant that it was cancer. As the doctor left the operating room this past Wednesday, he laughed, shook his head and told my wife that the mass was undoubtedly a cyst. He said he’s seen this happen in the past, but it’s very rare. My wife was elated and she gave me the news in the recovery room. I see the doctor this Thursday (8th) and he’ll have the results of the biopsy. If the results are negative, then they still need to check the bladder to see if that’s source of the blood. If the bladder is clean, then I never did have cancer, and the minuscule blood in the urine is probably from a small bleed in the prostate. I thank God for this result, and thank all of those who have prayed. This experience has elevated my faith, and has given me greater understanding and compassion for those suffering with health issues. Thank you God for all you have taught me, and I pray you continue to guide my life.
