Obviously about someone who has heard the Gospel and rejected it.Hebrews 10
For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,*but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries…*How much worse punishment do you think will be deserved by the man who has spurned the Son of God, and profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and outraged the Spirit of grace?*For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.”
“spurned the Son of God, and profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and outraged the Spirit of grace” What Christian would ever do this?
Every Christian who does not believe in eternal security, I have asked this one question: “Can you ever see a circumstance where you would denounce Jesus?” What answer do I get? A resounding “NO!!!” Why, because they wouldn’t and couldn’t.
Those who have been confronted with Gospel and outright reject Jesus stands with God’s enemies and have much more to fear than those who never heard the Gospel (Matthew 10:15).
