More allegations coming out on Kavanaugh tonight, so chances are, more discussions to take place, check New Yorker.

She will testify, maybe on Thursday. My prediction is, nothing will be decided. In the end, there will remain uncertainty. Nothing will be proven or disproven. She will demand further witnesses, further investigation, as will the Democrats. She has only had 36 years to bring this allegation forward.

If by some chance Kavanaugh is determined to be innocent, some other allegation will be found, perhaps when he was age 14, and that will have to be investigated and witnesses located.

If he ends up being confirmed, the Democrats will seek to begin inmpeachment proceedings. In the meantime, Trump’s next nominee will undergo a similar proceeding. For nominees, it has become a Star Chamber inquisition.
I can see it now…
Judge Kavanaugh, in disgust, withdraws his name for SCOTUS. President Trump then names the next choice that was on his list for SCOTUS, devout Catholic, Judge Amy Coney Barrett. Hells Bells, ANOTHER Catholic who might overturn or restrict abortion…how is the Left going to handle this one? Gotta think up another drama…

Got it!

When Judge Barrett was 4 years old, she was running through a sprinkler on a hot day with her 2 year old minority neighbor boy. They were playing tag, and when she went to tag him, her hand got caught on the elastic waist of his wet and now baggy swim suit. BAM! For a second, the front of his swimsuit came down and she got a quick peek at his “boy area”.

Now, 42 years later, and 5 seconds before the vote on Judge Coney Barrett is to take place, the STILL traumatized now 40 year old man that was her childhood neighbor, will accuse her of having sexually abused him, of assaulting him, of voyeurism, of publically shaming him, of racism, of sexism, and of something else that I haven’t yet thought of. It is all SO predictable, and just seems to happen/matter when it concerns people on the Right.

Keith Ellison who is the Deputy Chair of the DNC and is running to become the Attorney General (top law enforcement job) of Minnesota has been accused by two women of physical and verbal abuse as well as harassment. All I’m hearing from most of the Left is the sound of crickets…

The Left always seems to want everything done their way, and if they don’t get it, they change the rules, cheat, or make life so miserable for the country that they finally get things their way just to stop all their crying and whining. “Elections have consequences” it seems, only applies when the Left is in power. I didn’t put up with this *@-! when my kids were two years old, and I am sure not going to put up with this now. I am not a Republican and am not a “Trump Fan”, but all this garbage daily is driving me further and further from ANYTHING the Left is about. I am totally done with the Left and all their tired, worn-out, lying, hateful, evil, sick and soul crushing agendas.

From your article:
Democrats believe Ford by a 59-9 percent margin. It’s the reverse among Republicans, 60 percent believe him, 14 percent her.
Based on this, I conclude that Democrats are more capable of wisdom, by a slim margin, as judged by those who are wise enough to realize the folly of making judgments based on news, internet, and politics.

This is a watershed moment in American politics.

Either the electorate will accede to political assassination being an acceptable strategy or the electorate will reject it completely.

If the Dems win in the mid-terms, clearly voters are fully on board with “whatever it takes to win.” If the Dems lose big time, malicious politics will have been soundly rejected.

I pray for the latter.

Americans will get what they ask for. They can incentivize this kind of hooliganism by rewarding it, or they will dis-incentivize it by throwing out the worst proponents of it, including the mainstream media and the entertainment, so-called, elites.

Current polling indicates that people and not in favor of Kavanuagh’s appointment.
I find that very disappointing.

I could understand the push back against Moore, since allegations against him were when he was an adult and there seemed to be a pattern of his undesirable behavior.

Mayhaps the people did not know who Kavanuagh is?

Perhaps the poll should have spelled his name correctly as Kavanaugh? That might have yielded more accurate results. 😉

I can’t even describe the contempt I have for the Democratic party, this is all so wrong. They are truly destructive up and down.

The NYT is reporting that Kavanaugh has turned over to the committee his personal calendars dating back to 1982. The entries for that summer show a busy schedule, mostly out of town. The few parties he attended were not with the individuals named by Smith.

I fervently hope this strategy of tarring people’s reputations for the sake of political gain is thoroughly shown up for the malicious evil it is.

The psychologist’s notes are rather revelatory.
Portions of the therapist’s notes shown to The Post say she remembered being attacked by four students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington,” although they do not mention Judge Kavanaugh by name. The mention of four rather than two was an error by the therapist, she said.
Peculiar wording.

Kind of wide open anticipation of who might make an appropriate target for political attack a few years down the road, perhaps?

It would be interesting to investigate her political associations and activities from around that period in 2012.

What current polling?
According to “the poll”, Hillary will win.

[No, wait … the polls before the election also said Hillary would win … it must be a “do-over”. Doesn’t the Constitution provide for a do-over?]

People who are busy working, with their families hear a story, they hear smears… and they do not know better and may wonder about Kavanaugh but I think this is one of these things that if the people are informed, the polling may be different…let alone, polls are not always trustworthy.

Oh, I did see that on the Drudge Report I
think. Well, they should have polled me. I
woud have said I still support him.
