The illegally armed burglar turned war criminal… That commie faked surrendering and then attempted to shoot Kyle with his handgun when he noticed Kyle working the charging handle on his rifle. All of this captured by video. Kyle would have been morally and legally justified in delivering another shot center mass into that guy.

How is berrating the victim, any justice. The events that took place were tragic, and the only way this would not had happened was if no one was there. But they where, and they all had the right to be there. Justice must be blind. Meaning, if the guy was the worst of the worst of society, that does not take away his right to life. That said, it is the same for Kyle. He had those same rights.

Even if Kyle was what the Main Stream Media wants to label him “A White Supremacist” it matters not. What matters are the facts. What happened.

It seems Kyle defended himself and that the other guys because it was more than one, they where hostile. But name calling and bringing old baggage for free points does nothing. They would only count IF this was a premeditated situation. But everything was just the turn of events.

Remember that those who were shot, also have families.

Yes, you’ve lied about me enough on other threads tonight, which I consider very cowardly so have your little victory, but the kid is in jail and probably will be in jail for a large part of his adult life and two people are dead. It’s horribly tragic and pathetic that keyboard warriors cheer this sort of stuff on from the comfort of their homes.

Pointing out where the facts differ from your opinions is not calling you a liar.

As I do not know much about this man pasts, I can not state facts about him. That said. What does it matter if the man was a burglar? What does it matter if he is a self declared medic?

And as for facts. What do this Facts change in what happened? Nothing. The facts are about what happened that night. Because if being a burglar and a self described medic puts the man at fault. We have a really broken system.

Now the illegal weapon? I have no idea about this, and due to not knowing anything about this, I can not comment.

Oh and the War comment. That is not a fact either. At least yet. I agree that it does seem we are in some type of civil war, and I go as far as to say we have been at civil war for a few years. But that is not a fact, it is subjective truth.

I was merely basing it off what I knew at the time, though I’m done caring about this. It isn’t really important.

I think you would struggle to get anyone involved in these events charged with war crimes.
