I’m curious if this recent settlement and story impacts you in any way? Do you think differently about confessing? Do you let your kids go to confession face to face? Behind the screen? Or not at all? New converts and those in RCIA how is this affecting you? Has this recent story made anyone less interested in the Church?

These are actually old stories. If we indeed have made the changes necessary to prevent this from ever happening again
than I will be satisfied. I wish I could undo all the hurts that have been done but I can’t. We are Catholic’s and we will pay for our sins. It’s not about the sin it’s about repentence.
