That’s mighty thin soup, my friend. On the other side we have the clear implications of Scripture and the outright statement of Mary, whose knowledge of the issue surpasses by far all the knowledge of all the Saints and all the Doctors and all the theologians combined–and they tend to side with her.

Anyone who sides with Fr. Barron’s opinion must by definition side against the statement of Mary that many angels and human souls are in hell. But, as you correctly said before, we are free to pick.**
