Nino, I’m not disputing that Teddy was the height of awesomeness. I do recommend that comic book – if you’re a fan of the guy, you owe it to yourself to check it out. It’s got TR and Thomas Edison’s ghost fighting Nazis on Mars. It’s not slander, it’s just a hilarious, fun romp.

Apparently your fear their will be those that may buy into Brown’s account (which would be persons who clearly are not interested in facts) is more important a priority than adhering to the Church on Freemasonry.

Take the log out of your own eye, get in line with the Church and stop worrying about the endless supply of persons out there who buy what the snakeoil salesman is selling them.

There are plenty of apologetics available to “fight” this brand(Dan Brown, Jesus Seminar, ect.) of fiction.

Where are the ones for getting Catholics to follow the Church’s guidance?

,it was 1898.the sisters of Mercy order in Washington wanted to build more hospitals…one in Chicago…they needed a big name for their fund raiser…like J.Phillip Sousa…no one would listen…President McKinely etc…finally the two sisters approached TR in the Navy dept…he got Sousa to perform for them.they made some $30,000 …in October 1912 TR was shot and almost killed by a ‘lone’ assassin…he ended up …where else…in a Mercy hospital in Chicago…the sisters loved him for he was so polite and did not give any fuss…on the shooting…the man who saved TRs life was Elbert Martin…years before TR had a meeting with ivy league coaches re: football,either make it safer of it will be banned…he warned…it was…and Martin…why he was an EX-football player!!!TR was the most pro-Catholic president we have ever had! thats why among other reasons he is lampooned so…from Arsenic and old Lace to current nonsense…There are things I can do…there are things I cant do…and there are things I wont do…TR
