You are right that destroying traditions undermines the faith. We’ve seen plenty of it in the last forty years. We were just having fun with the number 11 that you used instead of II to identify which Vatican council you were referring to.

On a happy note…The Catholic Church can’t be destroyed. That would certainly being the devil winnning the battle and since I skipped to the end of the book, that doesn’t happen. ’
