Lawsuits Against HHS Mandate Continue Despite Obamacare Ruling

Washington, DC – The Supreme Court may have ruled on Obamacare, but a pro-life law firm that is behind some of the many lawsuits that have been filed against the HHS mandate that requires religious groups to pay for birth control and abortion-causing drugs say those challenges continue.

As I understand it, the SC ruled only on the individual mandate to purchase insurance. In its nearly 2,000 pages, there are thousands of additional reasons to file suit. As well-intentioned as the law may have been, it is toxic.
