This is great news, I am glad the Vatican has seen fit to officially endorse this program of events.

The Archdiocese of Glasgow puts a lot of energy into encouraging young people into the Arts, giving them new opportunities in these fields, and this feeds into the concept of Lentfest splendidly.

The program is very promising - my own Parish is contributing by holding Vespers for the Feast of St John Ogilvie. I will definitely be there!

Also, Glasgow University (Chaplaincy) is holding recitals of some of (Scottish Catholic Composer) James McMillan’s work - I also fancy going to that.
