Let us give thanks to the Lord our God . It is right and just

Thank you , Father , for Trevor my barber who gave me a crop this morning . Thank you for Jen who married him last year and for the love and respect they have for each other and for their elderly parents .
 
It is truly right and just,
our duty and our salvation,
at all times to acclaim you, O Lord,
but in this time above all to laud you yet more gloriously,
when Christ our Passover has been sacrificed.

By the oblation of his Body,
he brought the sacrifices of old to fulfillment in the reality of the Cross and,
by commending himself to you for our salvation,
showed himself the Priest, the Altar,
and the Lamb of sacrifice.
 
Thank you Father for the gift of @Rob2 and all the simple reminders of things we are to be thankful for and thank you for the warm embrace only a father can give his children.
 
It is truly right and just
that we should always give you thanks,
Lord, holy Father, almighty and eternal God.

For you do not cease to spur us on to possess a more abundant life and,
being rich in mercy, you constantly offer pardon
and call on sinners to trust in your forgiveness alone.

Never did you turn away from us, and,
though time and again we have broken your covenant,
you have bound the human family
to yourself through Jesus your Son, our Redeemer,
with a new bond of love so tight that it can never be undone.

Even now you set before your people
a time of grace and reconciliation, and,
as they turn back to you in spirit,
you grant them hope in Christ Jesus
and a desire to be of service to all,
while they entrust themselves more fully to the Holy Spirit.

Hugely gratful to The Creator that I was given existance and a chance at Eternal Life with The Supreme Highest Holiest.
 
Just so much gratitiude in my mind and heart for the faith I have and the trust I have in the Almighty Powerful Creator of All That Is Who is holding me together every moment of the day, this One that is running the world and all its problems and doesn’t need my help. Everything is for the best ! as He is bringing all things faultlessly and flawlessly along, perfecting His world, heading toward the Redemption of All.
 
Grateful to The Creator for sunny days and spring flowers and the green trees of spring.

God, the Father of mercies, through the death and resurrection of his Son has reconciled the world to himself and sent the Holy Spirit among us for the forgiveness of sins; through the ministry of the Church may God give you pardon and peace, and I absolve you from your sins in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

His Mercy endures forever, He is Kindness and Mercy Itself.

Gratitude can shift the direction away from obstinence onto the path back to understanding and repentence.

Practicing gratitude has done more for me in this regard than seems even possible!
