thank you for your beautiful prayers. It’s important to look out for neighbors like Mother Mary looked out for Elizabeth, especially the sick and suffering. Today, as I am suffering from severe joint effusion, I cannot walk and so, a loving woman from one of the ministries I have worked at, offered to bring me groceries, otherwise I would have nothing to eat. I have very badly been feeling sorry for myself, as I cannot always make it to the bathroom, because weight-bearing is excruciating, but I have to laugh at myself too because this too will pass! It’s only temporary, and as my SD told me by phone, bring myself closer to the Lord with this and just dwell with him. I can’t even imagine what it was like for our Lord on the cross with the humiliation and pain, nevermind being mocked and laughed at…all out of love for us.

One day, there will be no more tears

For deliverance from Covid-19, for peace in our world, in our church, on this forum, and in our lives:

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

  1. Joseph and Mary go to Bethlehem to comply with the decree of Caesar Augustus.
  2. The hour for Mary to give birth is near, but there is no room in the inn.
  3. In the stillness of the night, the Savior is born in a cave, Mary remaining a Virgin.
  4. She wraps Him in swaddling clothes and lays Him in a manger.
  5. In unspeakable joy Mary gathers to her bosom the Flower of her virginity.
  6. Jesus enters the world in poverty to teach the lesson of detachment from earthly things.
  7. The angel announces to the shepherds: “Today there is born to you in the town of David a Savior, Who is Christ the Lord.”
  8. The angelic chorus sing: “Glory to God in the highest, and peace to His people on earth.”
  9. The shepherds come to the stable to pay homage to the Infant Jesus.
  10. The Magi come to adore the Holy Child and offer Him gifts.
