Thank you so very much, @aroosi!
Just so you know, the 1st reading and the Gospel for today’s mass (Sunday, June 21st) is exactly the situation I’m into right now at work. 2 days ago (Friday), I saw my direct superior, together with some of my colleagues, going in and out of the office, whispering something among themselves. They look quite restless, panicky and confused, but tried to put up a fake smile on their faces so not to look obvious. One of them even tried to follow me to the toilet, may be wanted to do me harm; but fortunately, by the time he was on his way to the washroom, I was on my way back to my desk. The whole atmosphere in our office then was so eerily and abnormally quiet. You know something was wrong. It’s just that nobody dared to utter a single word.
It seemed to me that the upper management already knew the truth about them due to having received a lot of complaints from many of my colleagues from other departments.
JUNE 21st, 2020
Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Lectionary:
Reading 1 JER 20:10-13
Jeremiah said:
“I hear the whisperings of many:
‘Terror on every side!
Denounce! let us denounce him!’
All those who were my friends
are on the watch for any misstep of mine.
‘Perhaps he will be trapped; then we can prevail,
and take our vengeance on him.’
But the LORD is with me, like a mighty champion:
my persecutors will stumble, they will not triumph.
In their failure they will be put to utter shame,
to lasting, unforgettable confusion.
O LORD of hosts, you who test the just,
who probe mind and heart,
let me witness the vengeance you take on them,
for to you I have entrusted my cause.
Sing to the LORD,
praise the LORD,
for he has rescued the life of the poor
from the power of the wicked!

Remember the time I saw a rainbow (that was 2 weeks ago, I think)? Well, I was expecting the day after that was the end of my ordeal. To my dismay, things went normal as usual in our office. So I asked GOD to talk to me loud and clear that day. I googled “GOD’S word for me today”, and came across Joel 2 : 18 to 27 as below:

Please pray for my immediate deliverance, and that GOD’S promise will soon come to pass.
Thank you so much again for everybody’s unceasingly prayers. I really appreciate it from the very bottom of my heart. GOD bless you all! Have a blessed Sunday!
