For my family, for my father’s illness, for the health of all clergy and parish members.
For Fr. Mike Schmitz’s little brother on his birthday who is also serving on the front lines as an ER doctor.
For all medical professionals and those placed in the position of care for sick/ill loved ones.
For those who have lost loved ones, especially to the virus.
And for all of us in the world fighting through the darkness of such turbulent times. Especially those fighting without a faith and have no joy or hope to look to.
I also pray specifically for the intentions of @Katherine438 @Minks
@Katie777 @Irishmom2 @aroosi @St.Bede @FaithHopeCharity .
The Second Joyful Mystery is the Visitation.
Charity toward my neighbor
Mary enters the house of her cousin Elizabeth. At the sound of her greeting, the infant leaps in Elizabeth’s womb. Elizabeth says to Mary: “Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled.” And so we are inspired not only by Mary’s humility but by her absolute trust that what the Lord promised would indeed come about. If John the Baptist—in Elizabeth’s womb—leaped for joy at the arrival of Mary, we too should find cause for joy when we come to pray before the Mother of God.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
