Liberal dutch identity is tested

This article in the Boston Globe reports on something we inevitably knew would happen: The Netherlands has finally appeared to hit rock bottom and realized that their radical liberal social experiment has failed. There are now apparently signs of hope since a Christian party has come into office. Could this be a mirror of what will ultimately happen to our country as it continues to spiral downward in this culture of death?

Yeah, that’s ‘liberation’, all right. Holy Michael, no wonder the Muslims are gaining the upper hand over there.

Considering the state of things, maybe they ought to.
 
It might be interesting to mention that despite its liberal culture, the Netherlands has one of the world’s lowest abortion rates. Not defending their secularism or anything, just one of the many contradictions in life…
 
And this is the difference between liberal and left wing. People seem to think both are the same.

Had there been no confusion, the Dutch would still have an identity.
 
Finally. The ice starts to melt.
It’s time to wake up Holland in your ‘’State Consciousness’’, and to realize that the fake idea of freedom only enslaves , damages, and eventually destroys !
The changes in Holland can be a good example for the other countries too.
Only the question is how far they can go with the changes.
It would be better that there would be ‘’ more deeds than words.’’

One thing I have come to appreciate in my 66+ years is that for us mortals, freedom, dignity, and productivity are enhanced by discipline. This seems to hold true everywhere. Shakespeare’s sonnets, some of the best poetry in the the English language are structured according to very rigid rules. The best athletes subject themselves to exceedingly rigid training regimens. Prolific writers - I am thinking about James Michener now - work strict, regular hours every day. There may be some apparent exceptions, but successful, happy people I know are invariably highly self-disciplined.

I cannot adequately explain why this is. Perhaps wiser heads than mine can.

I am in the middle. I don’t want the liberals or the conservatives telling me what I can or can’t do.

I know that the Dutch are one of the most successful business people , and hard working people in Europe, both man and women.
Though it is one of the most social countries in the world.

The Netherlands is one of the most world’s hospitable countries in the world, though a lot of foreigners unfortunately , just abuse Dutch hospitality.
I can mention the culture , the good manners of the people, the linguistic abilities of these people, where the simple worker speaks three languages.
Oh, yes , I can continue…

And also I love Dutch flowers and Dutch cheese.
