Here’s a real blast from the past. It’s called Bad Luck Blackie. Wikipedia states that it was voted the 15th-best cartoon of all-time in a 1994 poll of 1,000 animation industry professionals. I recall seeing it back in the 70’s as a kid. And here it is, from 1949…Bad Luck Blackie
