🤣 It’s beautiful Rose…but it looks just like the photo my optometrist took of my eyeball on Monday!
 
Lol, I was taking the Mickey out of the poor guy because he had lots of cloud cover and I had none. Finally his patience paid off and he got amazing photos. He has some skills

There’s so much detail, it’s incredible he has the equipment for that.
 
Looks like he was using a quality telescope to get that shot.
 
I have never asked, just politely looked through observatory scopes they visit with me.

But he had this set up last night . My sis has a masters in astronomy.
I am not sure if this is all they used

My sis is handy to have, she pointed out the real southern cross to me, then they showed me the very obvious ( to them) centre of the Milky way

That looks like a professional quality scope that an academic would have. Pretty spendy. Don’t forget to thank them for us.
