My lenten fasting for Ash Wednesday…
Breakfast: Cup of milk and Tea with gelatin (I am on a high protein diet)
Lunch: milk, banana, and coffee shake (with gelatin)
Dinner: One 5X8 gluten free pizza crust with tomato sauce and cheese
This was my second year of fasting and I am proud I went without snacking
