Little Sisters win again. When will voters decide to hold accountable the politicians who have spent so much taxpayer money repeatedly trying to deny the first amendment rights of people of faith who do so much good when they act according to their faith?

I am glad the Little Sisters continue to be a force to be reckoned with at the High Court. Us Catholics can’t be just leaving all that to the Hobby Lobby Protestants.

Exactly! Why this had to be the battle it was is beyond comprehension. With all of our so called “Catholic” lawmakers in DC this should have been resolved 9 years ago.
 
Their suit was combined with a suit against Trump.
Obviously it was a political, probably anti-Trump, thing.
A 7-2 decision means the decision below was pretty weak legally, as even some non-conservative justices joined.
 
Yeah it’s not over, it got remanded and depending on who wins the election, it could rear its head again. However, for now employers can at least claim the exemptions.
