Looking for a book on the Holy Spirit

When I watched The Bible and the Sacraments back when it first came out, one of the episodes mentioned a Catholic convert from Anglicanism who’d wrote a book on the Holy Spirit, but I can’t remember either his name or the name of the book. Does anyone know who it would be and what the title of his book is? I’m fairly certain that they became a bishop or cardinal in the Church, but I don’t think it was Blessed John Henry Newman.
 
Fr. Andrew Apostoli, C.F.R. (RIP) wrote a trilogy on the Holy Spirit.




Quick reads, I highly recommend them.

Another, which I have but have not yet read, is by retreat master Fr. Jacques Philippe.


His classic:
