Last time I posted this request I got one response. Please I beg you all, pray for Eric Dahl and his family. Last year he was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s Disease. He has a wife and three small children. The disease usually kills within 2-3 years after diagnoses. Please Please Please PRAY for a healing… :crossrc:
 
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be
done, on earth as it is in heaven Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our
trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil. Amen
 
Dear J.P.,
Your courage and faith as you faced Lou Gehrig’s disease makes you a model for us all of hope and trust in Our Lord. I ask that you join in my prayer that Our Lord will watch over Eric Dahl and his family in this difficult time.
May they receive peace and healing in acordance with the perfect will of Our Redeemer. May their suffering be eased. May family and friends come to their aid. May their faith be their guide in this challenge and in all challenges yet to come. Amen.
 
O Holy St Jude, Apostle and Martyr, great in virtue and rich in miracles, near kinsman of Jesus Christ, faithful intercessor for all who invoke you, special patron in time of need, to you I have recourse from the depth of my heart, and humbly beg you, to whom God has given such great power, to come to the assistance of Eric and all those suffering with ALS. Help them now in their urgent need and grant my earnest petition. I will never forget the graces and favors you obtain for them and I will do my utmost to spread devotion to you. Amen

St. Jude, pray for us and all who honor thee and invoke thy aid!

Praying for Eric. Especially that he eats organic food, org pumpkin seeds.

I also have an Uncle that has been diagnosed with this disease. Although he is still surviving with some medication, his condition is slowly getting worse. Therefore I would like to pray for Eric, and also ask for all of you to include my uncle Ron in these prayers as well.

Dear Lord, Your love for Eric and for Uncle Ron is boundless. May they sense this love as they face Lou Gehrig’s disease. May they remain strong in faith, trusting in Your Faithfulness. May their families and friends support them and remind them that their vaue as children of God can never be diminished by illness or frailty. I ask that John Paul II join his prayers to mine for courage and humility for these two men. May their time on earth serve to increase their holiness and may they meet Our Lord face to face in His good time. Amen.
