Like I said, people have said that OTC lubrication seems to helpI own one of those. I’m still trying to get the insertion down pat. It’s a bit difficult for me, although not due to anything dryness related as it is made of a smooth material and you fold it up a bit before insertion. On the rare occasion that I have gotten it in correctly, it really is so comfortable that I can’t feel it.
I really need to get the hang of it. I’ve started going to the gym and it would be ideal for workouts.
And I would have to agree, a cup would be so much better for workouts, swimming, etc.
On a side note- I worked an 8 hour shift at work (I work in a kitchen) and we got slammed(!) and I wasn’t able to go to the bathroom for several hours (like 4.5) and I didn’t have any absorption issues with my pads, like I would with disposables. And no stinky-ness, either.
