Folks like this pose no serious threat to Holy Mother Church or even to traditional protestant Christianity and thus I would say it is best to just ignore them.

Yeah, I really thought it was a joke at first. But it’s influenced tons of people into agreeing with them.

A friend of mine sent me the Maori Lord’s Prayer from the New Zealand Book of Common Prayer…this prayer reminded me of it…I thought it was very beautiful.

Has your understanding of the love of God and the richness of His grace been augmented by seeing God as Sacred Feminine? Has being able to see God not only as Father but as Mother brought you closer to the Eternal Light?

If it has, I wonder why any would begrudge you. Some never can relate to “father”, it always carries with it thoughts and histories of abuse, anger, pain, death…sometimes “Mother” heals the wounds “father” created and leads us to wholeness.

I would not call that site “liberal”, I don’t know exactly what to call it really, it defies labels.

Correct, this is just some small group that gets their spiritually this way. I see it as just one community in the middle of San Francisco and wish them the best as they worship in their own way. They are not making any pushes to change other groups views to their own.
