Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, seems like the right one though!

Are doing male kegel excersices without a doctor’s advice for the purpose of decreasing incontinence and improving sex (e.g. stronger/longerlasting erection, etc.) by tightening/cotnracting the male PC muscle throughout the day moral (assuming, of course, that the sexual activity is moral)?

I could find no direct Catholic teaching on this and so I was wondering if improving sex in this way was moral or not…

The muscle involved is the same muscle that one would use to halt a stream of urine during urination, so a common way of exercising this muscle is to start and stop the stream of urine several times during urination. I believe this is the same technique that women may use to exercise their corresponding muscles. Once one has identified the correct muscle and how to contract it, one may exercise it at other times even when not urinating. There is nothing immoral about these exercises, which as you point out can also help with incontinence issues as well as sexual isues.

On that same note, I have read from several soruces that, with dillegent practice of these excersices, a man can achieve multiple climaxes without ejaculating during intercourse; is this permissable, provided that he ejaculate during his last climax (3rd, perhaps) into the vagina?

They are perfectly moral. Neither do you need a doctor’s permission to take steps to improve your own health. (Although you should consult your doctor if you have some health condition that may be aggravated by some proposed fitness program.)
