Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, seems like the right one though!
Are doing male kegel excersices without a doctor’s advice for the purpose of decreasing incontinence and improving sex (e.g. stronger/longerlasting erection, etc.) by tightening/cotnracting the male PC muscle throughout the day moral (assuming, of course, that the sexual activity is moral)?
I could find no direct Catholic teaching on this and so I was wondering if improving sex in this way was moral or not…
