Yes she can and yes she is for healing

Lest we forget the tiny Saint of Lourdes: Saint Bernadette Soubirous. The patron Saint of bodily illness.
Just as Jesus chose Mary, Mary chose Bernadette Soubirous, a tiny, simple shepherdess in a forgotten corner of France. I cannot look upon her photo without shedding tears of gratitude. I have a story I have told many times, but that is for another thread.
