Mamberti interview-- real or fake?

I read about the recent changes to canon law, but a link to this article has been making the rounds on FB. The “interview” with Mamberti reads like a horribly fake interview, and it’s a satire newspaper, so I was curious what light others could shed on the veracity of the loophole mentioned-- “Because all sex crimes are kept confidential, there is no longer a legal way for Vatican officials to report sex crimes.”

True or false?
