No its too early to know what’s happened. First responders are still working through it.
 
Children separated from parents. Must be awful. Lord have mercy.
 
The police have said,

They are treating it atm as a terror incident unless or until they find out differently.

19 casualties. 50 injured. Its still very early, about 2 hrs post incident. The first responders are doing an amazingly job. Pray for them.
 
Working theory being reported on Fox live is that it was a suicide bomber.

Unconfirmed reports of a gun man at Oldham hospital in Manchester.
 
I believe the report of a gunman at a hospital turned out to be erroneous. I also hear claims that a bomb was planted in the nearby Victoria train station.

Thank you Seamus for starting this thread. I have been watching the TV coverage
for awhile. Unfortunately, many casualties and wounded.
They have found a second explosive device which they will detonate.

My prayers for all involved and their families.
 
The detonation is at Cathedral Gardens Sounds like this could have been even worse 😦
 
And the controlled explosion was only abandoned clothing, not an explosive device. No bombs found.
