An Orthodox friend brought this to my attention:
There are contradictions between the approved Marian apparitions in the Catholic Church.
For example, St. Catherine of Sienna was told by Mary that she was not Immaculately conceived.
He offered this as proof that the Catholic Church is not infallible.
Any opinions on this?
