Why is marijuana looked down on by people in the Holy Catholic Church? Plant Haters?
Why are demons accepted by people in the Holy Catholic Church at De Paul University?
 
Looking at your recent posts you seem to be ignoring what others are telling you. They have explained to you everything you just asked and yet you still question them.

Marijuana is looked down upon because it is a plant USED FOR DRUGS!! If it were just a plant, then that would be fine, but it is used to harm the body so that is why it is looked down upon.

I cannot answer the DePaul question because idk what to say to it. But i have seen that others have already answered your question.

So please take their answers!!

When you relinquish control of your mind, you potentially open the way for demons.

The use of marijuana relinquishes control of the mind, and so enables activity by demons.

You have an odd, disjointed and disconnected way of relating here. That is one of the effects of habitual marijuana use? Do you habitually use marijuana?

I was reading about marijuana and how it makes a person focus on it to the exclusion of all else. That seems the case here, because you seem to have difficulty talking about any topic but marijuana! Seems it’s to a point where it’s an obsession.

There’s so much more to life than marijuana. Though, I doubt you’ll find this out until you’re off of it, completely.

Why don’t you try to think, or talk, about something else for a while?

Again, seems you have a problem with this drug. We’ve already answered these questions in your previous thread. Why don’t you go back and reread our answers?

We who are marijuana addicts know the answer to this question. Marijuana controls our lives! We lose interest in all else; our dreams go up in smoke. Ours is a progressive illness often leading us to addictions to other drugs, including alcohol. Our lives, our thinking, and our desires center around marijuana - scoring it, dealing it, and finding ways to stay high.

We have a guy on the forum who insists he got possessed when he used marijuana! He says he’s been possessed now for something like 11 years! You should talk to him!

There’s also counseling available. Your health insurance might even cover it.

I grew up around pot smokers, they initially tend to lower the standards of everyone around them for their expectations of living. Having a pot smoker in your house is like having a tumor growing on you somewhere.

My entire family smoked pot, Generally when people start smoking; that is the age when their emotional intelligence stops as well. Most pot smokers are happy
“Just getting by” It turns people into lazy unambitious people who feel comfortable about having the bare minimum in life. People who smoke pot will do everything they can in their power to take from you, what they can for their own selfish profit.

I frankly can not understand why anyone would want to smoke pot. If I was going to take drugs it would be aderoll and steroids, at least with the two you can work 18 hours a day
and achieve something, in this life.

#2. You should drop out of school and learn a trade. your wasting your time.
#1 My babies daddy will not pay me child support.

There is a reason why its called green crack. I once was ordered to leave a shell station for telling the woman next to me, who was buying a glass pipe, that the store had a nice selection of “Glass —cks;” here for people.
The way I see it, if someone comes on my property with pot, it justifies me holding them and dialing 911. . I’ve been around enough pot smokers to know their true agendas. ( Not meant to be offensive)

My life experience 1rst hand. I’ve seen how violent pot smokers get when they don’t have their precious little plant. Pot smokers must be driven away, from your presence so that you can separate yourself from having low expectations in life unless you want to be weak and have a substandard quality of life.

Just my 2 cents.
 
Depaul university doesn’t just believe in demons, but blue demons. Their sports teams suck BTW!

Maybe that is Heaven’s comment on the team name. :rolleyes:

Apparently the team name came because the basketball teams used to (as in literally a century ago) have a “D” on the front of their jerseys. Some announcer called them the “D-men” and the name evolved into “demon”. It is a bit surprising that the Vincentians allowed it. Maybe it was a poke in the bishop’s eye for playing favorites with the Jesuits at Loyola? It is a little jarring to see a demon as the mascot at a Catholic university.

Maybe he’s just had one drag too many tonight. That does tend to bring on the “profound questions of life” with great urgency, and worded in dramatic fashion, too.
