From a political stand-point, I also found my interaction with Mark interesting - I’m going to sit this election out and vote third-party, but I found myself moving over closer to supporting Trump because of my interaction with Mark: When someone acts so poorly it drives you to support the victim of their poor behavior.

Oh, I get that, for sure.

On someone else’s FB page I was interacting with a fanatic.

Initially I had said that I was re-considering my voting for HRC…but after my interaction with her it just drove me closer to supporting Hillary.

The gist of my objection to Mark’s post was that I agree that Dick Cheney is a rather loathsome person, I don’t thing that saying that Dick Cheney loves torture and murder is being charitable.

I also brought up the point that Hillary supports partial birth abortion, and I would contend that it’s dismemberment is a torture to the child before it dies.

The difference between Cheney’s support of torture to extract information, and Hillary’s support of partial birth abortion for convenience, in my estimation comes out in Cheney’s favor - at least Cheney’s victim doesn’t die and one could argue that reason for the torture is perhaps a bit more noble.

Put it this way: I’d rather have Cheney’s torture performed on me, than Hillary’s partial birth abortion performed on my child.

This his direct response to me:

He said that as a response to me, not out of the blue. Even then though, it’s not charitable at all - that some good people concentrate their efforts on one aspect of being pro-life doesn’t make them into monsters.
