Hi,
I originally posted this on another forum, but have not received much of a response so I thought I would try it here.
I met a guy on an online dating website. I found out he was married and still living with his wife and kids. He said he was going to get a divorce, but I reported him to the website. He was dropped from that website.
I was looking at catholicmatch.com and saw his picture there. He stated he was divorced. Even if he filed for divorce when I reported him on the other website (three weeks ago), he still would not have had enough time for a divorce to have taken place.
Do I have a duty or obligation to report him to catholicmatch? Can I just pretend I didn’t see it? Would I in any way be complicit in his adulterous pursuits?
If he gets the heave ho from catholicmatch he will just go to another website.
What do you think?
