Gosh, Sarah, either you have very gullible and ignorant friends, or you have a very low opinion of humanity. You are SO sure (and we must take this on your unsupported word based on your telling us so) that just because you dimmed the lights and ‘claimed to feel something’ that EVERYBODY there who had been hoodwinked by you would say they felt it too?
You must be quite the hit at parties. . .
Also you’re attempting to compare apples and oranges.
YOUR ‘50’ people had already been ‘brainwashed’ or ‘convinced’ that you could actually do something which you, in reality, could not do. You’re like the person who goes around telling a bunch of people that you are a wine steward and bringing them some wine from the choicest vineyards while you secretly serve some Ripple and chortle over how powerful you are. . .
But the miracle at Fatima was not witnessed by your ‘50’ --not witnessed ONLY by those who as believers would be ‘prone’ to accept a miracle. It was witnessed by people who were unbelievers, skeptics. . .it was witnessed by people like you!

and surprise, they actually saw something even if it would have been in their vested interest to not see anything at all.
Kind of a big difference.
