I doubt it.
De Maria has them on the ropes…
Well Islam believes in a deceiving god - who caused people to believe that they’d killed Jesus.

We’ve seen one Moslem here have a go at St. Paul, then quote St. Paul.

Then he supported the Gospel of Barnabas, but denied the Moslem belief that Jesus was substituted - though this is in Barnabas.

Confusion reigns

you simply have to understand where they come from. I was recently talking to a friend priest who was telling me that he has a meeting with the Mufti or his secretary or something of the like. And i happen to know that this priest gave a book to this person that traces the teachings of the Quran to heretic Judeo-Christian sects that arose in Arabia . So i asked him, is that the same person you gave the book? he said yes. So i asked : what did he comment on it? he smiled and replied : whatever suits their belief is from God. I said : impossible, they can’t be that theologically shallow and he replied : that’s how they were brought up to think.

This is exactly what you find in all Muslims’ responses. If the mufti gives such an argument, what do you expect from ordinary muslims? you say x teaching is from Decetes, and y is from gnostics, and z is from Arianism and t is from legends and the rest from either apocrypha or Biblical passages. What do they reply, according to you? that they are the word of Allah. In other word, all these sects were teaching the word of Allah, even if they oppose Islam in other points. In plain words, anyone can be inspired to teach the word of Allah if it is in the Quran but if its not in the Quran, he’s teaching heresies. What really do you expect?🙂

Hi

That Prophecy of Jesus’ Second Coming has been fulfilled in the shape of the PromisedMessiah 1835-1908 Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, though metaphorically and not literally, as literally it could not be fulfilled since Jesus did not got killed a cursed killing on Cross, he was saved Miraculously and he died peacefully a natural death in India.

Thanks
Well, just for the sake of argument, let’s assume Jesus died in India. It doesn’t change the fact that Jesus was refering to himself when speaking of His second coming. Did this Mirza Ghulam Ahmad claim to be Jesus, and if so, why did he go by another name?

Also, why would Jesus say “Do not tell the vision to anyone until the Son of Man has been raised from the dead.” (Matthew 17:9) OR “The Son of Man is to be handed over to men, and they will kill him, and he will be raised on the third day.” (Matthew 17:22-23)

If Jesus prophecy never happened, why do you think He is a prophet?

But this fellow is now dead, isn’t he? What happened to the coming in the clouds and the angels taking the good to heaven and pitching the evil into everlasting fire?

Sincerely,

De Maria

Jesus is quoting Psalm 22 in order to fulfill prophecy by David. He only quotes the first line but those around him new what he was saying and if you read the scriptures completely this quote is what immediately converted the soldier(St.Longinus) who pierced the side of Christ and he said “Certainly this man was innocent!” and “Truly this man was the Son of God!” This soldier new scripture and understood Psalm 22.👍
