This is from the description of this video: youtube.com/watch?v=cp-pi25wpu8&feature=shareThe largest religion in the world is Roman Catholicism, but the majority doesn’t make it right. As a matter of fact, God’s Word teaches that the majority is always wrong when it comes to religion. In the book of Matthew chapter seven, Jesus paints a very bleak picture of this fact. In Matthew 7:13-15, Jesus says, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for WIDE is the gate, and BROAD is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and MANY there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and NARROW is the way, which leadeth unto life, and FEW there be that find it. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” My friend, I want to be counted with the few that find the narrow way to life everlasting.
He infers from Matthew 7:14-15 that, since the majority of people take the Catholic path, it must be wrong.
He probably won’t accept the idea that his logic applies to a Christian majority, as he claims the kind of Fundamentalist that says most people who claim to be Christians aren’t actually saved.
Anyone got a response?
