On the side here…we behead, gas and burn many babies in the womb in such a barbaric way. Who will lose their head over that?😦

You forgot gassing (if you’re talking about the USA, that is).

But I wouldn’t be to hasty in passing judgment on this, you only need to go back 100 years ago to find the Pope and most European countries beheading people for serious crimes. France was still using the guillotine until 1981 for instance.
Muslims also stone adulterers and cut off the hands of thieves!

Through talking to Christians on this forum, I have come to learn that God apparently does not send any of His creations to Hell because He has unconditional love for them… and it is instead the guilty creations who will send themselves to the Hellfire.

Well OK then, fair is fair and going by this logic, the executioners in Saudi Arabia really do not carry out executions… but rather it is the guilty people there who are sending themselves to the execution chambers.

What are you afraid of Hamba? That unbelievers may end up in Heaven and Muslims will have to share it with them??😃

I agree with you to a point hamba, however, for a Christian convert their “guilt” is based on a “crime” in which the “punishment” far exceeds the “offense”.

In the US, people don’t have their limbs amputated for stealing. So there is one obvious difference.

I’m not defending capital punishment in the United States. I believe that allowing for the possibility of one innocent person to be put to death is too much. And it is obvious that the jury system allows for many mistakes. But in the U.S, people are basically given a fare trial, unlike in Saudi Arabia where they are often tortured in to a forced into a confession.

According to Amnesty International

web.amnesty.org/library/Index/ENGMDE230022000?open&of=ENG-SAU

.
I agree with you. but the issue of fair trial is different from the issue of capital punishment. torture is wrong , still that doesnt mean capital punishment is . lets make a difference between the two .

As for cutting limbs, let me tell you that yes it is harsh but it is deterring. It isnt applied for people whop steal for their daily food nor for living upkeep. It is also not applied in time of famin or extreeme poverty.

Has any one seen this? I found it while on the internet for what happens if a non-Muslim enters Mecca. While it doesn’t deal directly what happens if a non-Muslim enters Mecca, it does give a frightening account of the barbarism that is prevalent in Saudi Arabia today . The executioner explains how he uses his sword to behead up to three people at a time.

What frightened me even more was how the Saudi anchors treated the executioner like a rock star. The executioner also explained how only a local anesthetic was used before limb amputations, that he would shoot women instead of behead them and also that he was training his children to continue in his profession.

It is true that Christians burned hundreds of thousands of people at the stake for witchcraft which was inexcusable, but I wasn’t aware of the fact that this type of barbarism went on today in a country which claims to be civilized by its leaders. I wonder how many Christian converts were beheaded by this man. I think the clip shows the man saying he killed people for practicing witchcraft. The sight I found it on said people were beheaded for things like witchcraft and changing religions.
Too bad this guy doesn’t bring up the fact how French Catholics saved Mecca from the Iranians in Mecca.

God gives us free will, something which apparently Islam’s Allah, does not. We have a rational mind and a rational soul, and if we still continue to reject God and His graces, we will burn in Hell for non-repentance.

The thing is, the executioners are not God. God doesn’t go around just killing people for disobeying His word. He will judge them in the afterlife. Saudi Arabia doesn’t allow any practice of religion outside of their version of Wahhabi Sunni Islam. What are these people “guilty” of? I wish that the Makkah executioners would have executed the French when they saved Makkah from Iraianian Shiites so that Makkah wouldn’t be controlled by Saudi Arabians. 👍

The issue here is not the fact that he is executing people. Capital punishment is approved by the Cahtolic Church if there is no other means to safegaurd the public (i.e. life in prison). The issue is the attitude of these people. This guy is taking lives, which is serious business, and these anchors revel in this activity like it is some big joke. It is morbid and shows the extent that death pervades islam. It is only the devil that laughs and takes pleasure when a life is ended prematurely and artificially. May God have mercy on these muslim souls.

BTW…it is good to see the woman was allowed to be escorted out of her house to be on the show. I wonder where her male relative is to dirve her home.

Brother, I’m afraid it’s not pecise information.
Some numbers for you:
The amount of victims of inquisition - 30 000 (throughout a few centuries), that’s what said anticatholic who didn’t provide any source of this information.
The “hottest” Spanish region - Bajadoz (1493-1499) - 20 burned (twenty!).
50 000 trials in Spain (1560-1700), 500 deaths - 1%.

Now let’s have a look at achievements of our separated brethren.
Protestant England in the XVI century - 70 000.
Protestant northern Germany - 200 000.

In 1545 protestant Calvin burned 31 people without any trial.

Anticatholic French revolution was also very successful - 36 000 (1792-1794!!!).
I recommend Warren H Carrol’s book The guillotine and the cross.

Spain 1936 - 1939, 60 000 killed by communistic animals.
Luckily gen. Franco finally defeated them.

Plus millions killed by Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot and others. I don’t know how many people were killed in the name of Allah, definitely millions, and this number is growing every day.

If you say that “It is true that Christians burned hundreds of thousands of people”, you blame Catholic Church, while CC is the last that should be blamed.

This is in Polish datapolis.com/grzes/inkw_rz.htm
and it’s very interesting. Sorry, I didn’t find anything in English.

One more thing, don’t trust at all protestants and all kind of leftists when they blame the Catholic Church.

God bless.

You say he’s wrong for saying that Christians killed hundreds of thousands of people, then you list hundreds of thousands of people killed by Christians… I’m confused.

I guess you are not the sharpest tool in the shed. Let me restate it in clearer terms:

A previous post was blaming THE CATHOLIC CHURCH for killing hundreds of thousands of people. This poster pointed out that the CATHOLIC CHURCH has killed very few people and most of those deaths were by governements not the CATHOLIC CHURCH. In fact it has been protestants and others who do not belong to THE CATHOLIC CHURCH who have done most of the killing.

btw as for islam I can think of two mass killings done by islamic countries (remember islam is a religion AND political system or goventment. One is the Armenian genocide commited bt the Ottoman Empire which killed 1.5 million christians. Another is the Hindu genocide which happende over a few centuries and killed 65 million hidus. May God have mercy on muslims’ souls.

There are too many comparisons posted here between one form of capital punishment and another for me to quote them all, so let me say this. Whether you’re for or against capital punishment, if you can’t see the moral difference between executing a murderer and executing someone for being an infidel in Mecca, then there is little hope for you. When was the last time a Muslim was executed for entering Jerusalem? Oh, wait, there’s a mosque in Jerusalem! A really big, pretty mosque! Is there a cathedral or synagogue in Mecca? I’m thinking no. Please let me know if I’m wrong.

Presumably you are talking about executions for witchcraft? You are right that Spain was restrained in that regard (you don’t mention whether the numbers you give were of all those killed by the Inquisition or of those specifically killed for witchcraft.

I don’t know if your figures are correct–they seem a little high, but a lot of people were killed in the late 16th and 17th centuries. However, you skew the facts by giving only the numbers from Protestant countries, and not the numbers from France, Catholic Germany, and Poland. Witchcraft paranoia was common to many countries in Europe and affected both Catholics and Protestants. The fact that the Inquisition was a force for restraint is to the credit of the Catholic Church, but many Catholic countries did not have the Inquisition. Scholars have not found a difference between, for instance, Catholic and Protestant Germans in how they treated witches. It seems to have been a regional phenomenon rather than a confessional one.
In 1545 protestant Calvin burned 31 people without any trial.
I did not know about this–I did a quick check and it appears that yes, 31 people were executed by the government for sorcery (specifically for spreading the plague), with Calvin’s general approval but without him being actively involved. Some, not all, of them were burned at the stake. It is not fair to say that Calvin burned these people, but it is fair to say that the Protestant government burned them and that Calvin seems to have encouraged the government to hunt down and punish swiftly people responsible for spreading the plague.

If people were deliberately spreading the plague, that would merit the death penalty as much as anything. We find this horrifying because we reasonably suspect that these accusations were based on paranoia. But of course this sort of thing happened in Catholic countries as well (less so in Spain and Italy because of the relative restraint and rationality of the Inquisition).

There is no mention whatsoever about death penalty for a non muslim who enters Mecca. Not in the show and i have never heared that before.

secopnd. Jerusalem is an arab city with a majority muslim inhabitants. Its occupied now by zionists but Godwillingly will one day be freed. Saudi arabea is our Vatican , just a bit bigger. We dont want to build Mosques in your vatican and you shouldnt want to build churcuhes in OUR Vatican. As for other Muslim countries , churches are built and worshippers goi there in numbers. Egypt alone have more churches than Whole of Europe have mosques!!

Think about that,

Meedo

secopnd. Jerusalem is an arab city …
Not, it isn’t. It never was arab land. You might not accept biblical references to prove that Arabia was always considered a different region but others might.
Cretans and Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.”
Acts 2:10-12
nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia, and returned again to Damascus.
Galatians 1:16-18
21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the freewoman through promise, 24 which things are symbolic. For these are the[d] two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar— 25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children— 26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all.
Galatians 4
Isaiah 21
13 The burden against Arabia.
Code:
In the forest in Arabia you will lodge,
O you traveling companies of Dedanites.
…16 For thus the LORD has said to me: “Within a year, according to the year of a hired man, all the glory of Kedar will fail; 17 and the remainder of the number of archers, the mighty men of the people of Kedar, will be diminished; for the LORD God of Israel has spoken it.”
“Ethiopia, Put, Lud, all Arabia, Libya and the people of the land that is in league will fall with them by the sword.”
Ezekiel 30:4-6
Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your regular merchants. They traded with you in lambs, rams, and goats.
Ezekiel 27:20-22
When the Islamification of North Africa and the Middle East began so also has the Arabization of those lands. Muslims have as much a legitimate claim on Jerusalem as Arabs do. None.

The culture of Arabia is being exported by a religion so that Persian, Pashtun, Berber and others are adopting an arabic civilization under the name of Islam. The Eqyptian culture was different from the Arab in the time of Moses, so why are they the same now?
