Melbourne, Australia put on lockdown over Covid19

The capital city of Victoria, (Melbourne) has been put on lockdown for 6 weeks after a new surge of Covis19, Melbourne has a population of 5-6 million. Other states bordering Victoria have closed their borders to Victorians, there have been 106 deaths in Australia since the virus first began there.

I started a thread months ago on Australia because they did very well in containing their outbreaks and is has pretty much kept track of the events since then.
This surge is even worse then the first wave.
