"Messiah Dajjal"?

Is he the Anti-Christ to Islam?
Who will kill him? Has this someone who will kill him ever killed before?
When was he supposed to come? Was there a prediction for his arrival?
Was there a prediction of the world coming to an end too? At what time, and based on what event?

Is this information in a hadith?

Thank you for responses. However, I ask one thing. No one is allowed to mention Jewish people at all. No one is allowed to bring up the Pope incident.
No one is allowed to bring up anything that deviates from Islamic teaching on this issue.

I know you asked to refrain from mentioning the Jewish people, but this one is directly related to your question so I’m going to mention it anyway. This Muslim friend I have told me that they believe the antichrist will be a Jew. The Jews of the world will then accept him as the “messiah” that they have been waiting for. He also said that the Dajjal (antichrist) has one eye and I’m pretty sure he said it’s JESUS who ends up killing him! :eek:

He mentions this information is in Hadiths (if not in the Quran itself) but he never mentioned which ones.

I didnt know that Dajjal will be a jew! cant believe it. their hatred of the jews never enough heh? 😃 😃 now their own dajjal will be a jew!!! great!!!

I know strawberry. It is very hard to imagine this senario. It is not in the Koran “the book for all times” er or what ever that saying is.

But, I just found out something (hope it is not true!) more that boggles the mind…

They have predicted the end of the world in this hadith to be …

500 years after - get this one-- Muhammeds own ADVENT…

And Dajjal was supposed to come after the conquest of Constantinople!

Well, that conquest was a mighty long time ago.

They are still waiting…

Strawberry, I am trying to see this from a muslim mindset. Now, if I were to believe in Islam, I would have to ask myself something here-

Which prophet that I accept has the better qualifications for this position?

I mean, how can I reconcile that a prophet that Islam tells me could not enforce the laws (Jesus) and never killed is going to have what it takes when I know another prophet that has the experience for the job?

This is what I am trying to reconcile with an open mind to Islamic thought on the matter. It is hard for me to see how they can believe this, not so much that it is hard to accept as a Christian with a Christian mindset.

I also would wonder why something so important like this would not be in Koran. I thought Islamic thought is Koran tells you all you need to know.
Dont I need to know about the Anti Christ and who he is?:confused:

Well. The anti christ will be a Jew in race but not a Jew in faith. And yes most of his followers will be jewish because sadly many will wait for a messiah who is a king more than a messiah that will come and erase confusion. Thsi has nothing to do with hatred of Jews if any . Not all jews will follow him, but most of his followers will be jews . Most of his follower doesnt mean most of the jewish people

The anti christ apperance will be one of the first major signs of Judgement day . Around his time of his appearance will be two other Major signs.

1- The sun will rise from the west for a period of time.

2- There will be an animal that will appear that talks to people.

The anti christ is the biggest test for mankind. He will come with supreme supernatural powers. Raising the dead and harvesting the earths wealth, cursing who dont follow him untill they are weak and poor and granting who follow him wealth and money .

yet believers will see written on his forehead the word ‘‘Unbeliever’’

and he had one deformed eye.

First he will claim he is a prophet , then he will claim he is God himself.

Jesus will decend near demascus and kill himm. The moment that this man sees Jesus he will melt.

I dont know who predicted that the Anti christ will come in 500 years . I have never heared it ever.

To asnewr your question on why jesus specificly is the one to kill him , is simply because Jesus already has to come to earth to clarify the problems about who he was. and because jesus has to fulfil the sentence of God on every human bieng which is death.

2nd: Its not about saving for a trip . Its how God arranged things. Mainly the task of jesus to come to earth as stated clearly in the hadith is to Kill the anti christ. God gave only Jesus the pwoer to do so . part of that reason is that he also claims that he is the Messiah .

It is also in the hadeeth that jesus will die and be buried on earth. And yes during his time on earth there wil be peace.

The enevitable is that the truth will be revealed to all of us Jews Christians and Muslims.

Jews believe he is not the Messiah

Christians believe he is God

Muslims believe he is a Great Prophet who is aided by teh Holy Gost as ordered by God .

One of these views is right and the rest is wrong. Jesus will come according to Islam and break the cross infront of every body . He will kill the Pig to show that he never sanctioned eating it . His coming in itself signifies that he is the Messiah . He wilol worship God as a normal hiuman untill his death. after his death people will begin to deteriorate in their faith again just like they always did untill Judgement day comes on the worst of people.

Well, that makes more sense now. God knows best. Is this hadith reveald to the Prophet or is the hadith written by someone or was Gabriel involved?

Narrated Mu’adh ibn Jabal:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The flourishing state of Jerusalem will be when Yathrib is in ruins, the ruined state of Yathrib will be when the great war comes, the outbreak of the great war will be at the conquest of Constantinople and the conquest of Constantinople when the Dajjal (Antichrist) comes forth. He (the Prophet) struck his thigh or his shoulder with his hand and said: This is as true as you are here or as you are sitting (meaning Mu’adh ibn Jabal).

Book 37, Number 4282:

Narrated Mu’adh ibn Jabal:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The greatest war, the conquest of Constantinople and the coming forth of the Dajjal (Antichrist) will take place within a period of seven months

Narrated Abdullah ibn Busr:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The time between the great war and the conquest of the city (Constantinople) will be six years, and the Dajjal (Antichrist) will come forth in the seventh.

How can Jesus be demoted from a prophet to worshiping God as a normal human being after working so hard killing the Pig and the Anti Christ?

Oh my. What does he have to do to get any esteem with Islam?

Are you saying he would be a prophet still ? at least? And as far as being buried- will he go to heaven at least or paradise after all this? At least?

God is not taking cues from any body . I meant that the Anti christ will clkaim that he is the Messiah . yes Jesus is the Messiah .

The truth is always there in the Quran will come with Jesus . But the case willbe closed by jesus decent and own declaration infront of teh world what to be the truth.

His grave will be the highest heavens untill judgement day whne he is resurected. after that he wil enter the highest heavens. Not the least but the highest .

You said on post 13 (what a number!) that he would be buried on earth…

Did you change your mind all of a sudden or did I not understand you right?
 
Dear Meedo,

I understand why Muslims true to their faith never eat pork, but I mean what is the big deal for Jesus to kill the pig?

It seems like a waste of time. I mean if you are a muslim you dont eat it anyway. So why would he waste his time on us heretics by killing a pig when he could be working on killing us?
Or sending us to hellfire.
